Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational performance and culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing and employer branding.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative work environment and reduce turnover rates.
- Manage performance management systems, facilitating regular feedback and targeted development for all employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience, .
