Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support the implementation of HR policies.
- Manage employee records.
- Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals.
- Payroll processing and ensure timely submission of relevant documentation.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
