Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration (contracts, files, absences, leave).
- Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, interviews, integration).
- To monitor disciplinary and regulatory cases.
- Prepare payroll elements and ensure follow-up of social declarations.
- Update HR dashboards and ensure reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
- Participate in the management of training and skills development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
- Desired experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- My proficiency with office software (Excel, Word).
- Sense of confidentiality and organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and listening skills.
