The HR Intern will support the People & Culture Team in day-to-day operations with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. In this role, they will manage essential administrative tasks while contributing to the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities
Main Duties:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, company s career website, and internal channels.
- Monitor the talent inbox by reviewing incoming emails, sorting messages, and screening CVs for initial suitability.
- Screen incoming application on basis of job description and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls using predefined interview questions
- Coordinate interview schedules, send invitations, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with candidate status changes and notes.
- Support interview panel preparation by organizing CVs, interview guides, and evaluation forms.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and collecting required candidate documents.
- Support organizing and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Specific Duties:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare simple weekly or monthly HR reports.
- Respond to basic HR inquiries from employees and candidates, escalating when necessary
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees Assist the People & Culture Team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
Minimum Experience:
Internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or any administrative role is a plus
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in using MS Office
Fluent English communication skills, written and oral, Arabic Preferable
Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
Skilled in multi-tasking
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
