Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a Junior HR Officer, you will assist in a variety of HR functions, including:
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
  • Assisting in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Supporting training and development initiatives by coordinating sessions and managing materials.
  • Preparing HR reports, presentations, and analytics using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Assisting with employee engagement activities and events.
  • Providing support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the HR team on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a fresh graduate with the following skills and
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (HR major preferred).
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
