Roles & Responsibilities
A Junior Key Account Manager is an integral part of the sales and client relationship team responsible for maintaining and growing the company s client base. This role primarily focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will work closely with senior account managers and other departments to ensure that client needs are not only met but exceeded. Your ability to understand the client's business objectives and align them with the company's offerings will be crucial. You are expected to have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage several accounts efficiently. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with senior account managers to execute account strategies effectively.
- Identify client needs and work with other departments to find solutions.
- Assist in setting revenue targets and manage key performance indicators for client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and client interactions for management review.
- Address customer queries and issues promptly to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Participate in budget planning sessions and give updates on account progress.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate client needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Facilitate and participate in client meetings, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to better serve clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Ability to analyze data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Enthusiastic and results-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.
