Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masteru2019s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent through relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within construction, industrial services, crane rental, or technical project environments.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of project P&L and basic contract management.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and result-driven mindset with a strong ability to network and build trust.
  • Technical interest or knowledge in heavy lifting, crane operations, or industrial equipment assembly is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
