Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration of athletic safety shoes and military footwear within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Manage and expand existing client accounts, while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with corporate buyers, safety officers, procurement teams, military and government entities, and retail distributors. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting unique features and international certifications of the brand. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to guide product positioning and sales strategies. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and management) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets. Strong background in safety footwear, PPE sales, or related protective equipment industries. Knowledge of customer segments including construction, oil & gas, facilities management, defense/military, and retail distribution. Existing client network in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will be a strong advantage.
