Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, operations teams, and sales promoters.

Drive new product launches with clear launch calendars, BA training, and retailer alignment.

Monitor Sales per Door (SPD), Sales per BA, and conversion metrics.

Manage stock aging, slow movers, and returns.

Plan and execute promotions, price-offs, GWPs, and in-store activations.

Ensure correct implementation of promotions, displays, planograms, and brand visibility.

Monitor sell-out performance and ROI of trade investments.

Manage stock aging, returns, and slow-moving SKUs in collaboration with operations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (sales, distribution, promotions, ROI).

Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
