Job Description
  • Lead the attraction, onboarding, and development of UAE Nationals through early careers programmes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality intake and seamless onboarding
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs and national outreach events to promote Emiratisation initiatives
  • Analyse programme effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes
  • Ensure continuous engagement and retention of national talent through coaching and structured development
The Successful Applicant
  • UAE National with 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Emiratisation
  • Proven success in managing graduate or early-career programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and programme management skills
  • Adept at using the NAFIS portal for sourcing candidates
  • Excellent communication and data reporting capabilities (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency)
  • Previous team management experience is preferred.
