Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Objective The primary objective of this role is to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable locations across the UAE for the development of padel and pickleball courts. The candidate will drive business growth by building partnerships with property owners, developers, hotels, schools, and sports facilities


Key Responsibilities • Identify high-potential areas and locations for setting up padel and pickleball courts across the UAE • Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and feasibility of new sites • Approach and build relationships with landlords, real estate developers, hotels, resorts, and community managers • Negotiate commercial terms and secure agreements for court setup • Coordinate with internal teams on site feasibility, layout, and execution planning • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations and partnerships • Track market trends in sports, fitness, and recreational facilities • Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders and partners • Travel across different emirates to scout and evaluate locations


Mandatory Requirements • Valid UAE driving license (essential) • Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE

  • 2–6 years of experience in business development, real estate, partnerships, or expansion roles

  • Strong network or prior experience working with real estate developers, landlords, hotels, or community spaces (UAE experience preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Ability to identify opportunities on-ground and convert them into viable business deals

  • Commercially savvy with a good understanding of leasing models, revenue sharing, and partnerships

  • Strong presentation and pitching skills

  • Passion for sports, fitness, or recreational infrastructure is a big plus

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and partnerships simultaneously

  • Comfortable with field work, travel, and meeting stakeholders regularly
