Job Description

The Manager Key Accounts - Fitness is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and nurturing key accounts within the fitness sector. This role involves developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients to achieve mutual growth objectives and enhance client satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing client needs, crafting personalized solutions, and ensuring that the services provided align with the customer s business goals. Furthermore, this role requires a keen understanding of the fitness industry trends and consumer behaviors to facilitate innovative solutions. The Manager Key Accounts - Fitness will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding brand presence in a competitive market.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow key accounts within the fitness sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and work collaboratively to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors, advising clients accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on account strategies and deliver exceptional service.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
  • Ensure all client requests and inquiries are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
  • Provide insights and feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in key account management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the fitness industry and emerging market trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills necessary for client engagement.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
