Overview
An experienced and skilled Manager to join our team and take on the responsibility of leading and contributing to our Presales and Solutioning Sub-Business Unit. In this role, he will play a important part in developing and implementing strategic and complex solutions for our clients, with a particular focus on complex large-scale programs. His primary objective will be to ensure that the proposed solutions effectively meet the needs of our clients and align with their strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the presales team to ensure efficient and effective support of the sales process.
- Oversee the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with commercial/account management teams to align presales activities with sales.
- Develop and deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity solution designs, proposals, demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies like DLP, SIEM, SOAR, IAM, PAM, Firewalls, Sandboxes, NDR, EDR, etc. along with Azure Cloud security services like Sentinel, Defender, etc.
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity domains including but not limited to GRC, Security Architectures, Cloud Security, SOC, VA/PT.
- Conduct technical presentations for proposal defense and to showcase CPX Cybersecurity offerings,
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific challenges in cost effective manners.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends like ML/AI security, HPC Security to advise clients effectively.
- Align with delivery business units to ensure solutioning is in line with delivery capabilities.
- Develop the quality RFI/ RFP responses and other technical documentation for the presales.
- Concisely breakdown down RFP and client requirements for internal teams and support/guide them in providing the right solution against the requirements.
- 8+ years of practice in cybersecurity and at least 4+ years as Presale Solution Architect/Consultant or experience in a similar capacity.
- Effective communicator.
- Experience working with large teams and stakeholders as well as ecosystem of partners.
- Degree in IT/IS or relevant discipline and cybersecurity certifications.
