Roles & Responsibilities

Synopsis

The Manager Corporate & Global Accounts Steering is responsible for maximizing the revenue generation from Etihad Airways corporate business segment and for driving overall quality revenue improvement for global accounts.


The Manager Corporate & Global Accts will also support the Business Development Manager Network & Projects on transversal projects, including the planification and coordination of all sales activities for new destinations.


 


Accountabilities:


Serve as the commercial integrator across departments to ensure corporate strategy execution is consistent and scalable globally


Act as the single point of contact within Sales Planning for corporate steering matters impacting multiple regions or requiring HQ oversightRegular analysis and monitoring of global account performance per channel, leveraging internal data and available market intelligence (PRISM, DDS…) to identify opportunities to improve revenue quality


Support the delivery of strategic and targeted incentive modelling to maximize revenue within distribution strategy and cost of sale frameworks for all contracted global accounts and ensure that agency dealing strategies are defined taking into consideration market specificities


Work closely with Regional BDM & RGM to understand performance gaps and drive subsequent POS and account level steering


Support the HDQ Sales Enablement team with inputs on reporting requirements and reference data for global accounts


Transversal projects


Support the Business Development Manager Network & Projects in coordinating and steering all sales activities related to new destinations.


Assist with other cross-functional commercial initiatives as required, contributing analytical rigour and sales alignment


Accountabilities

Develop, lead and manage the performance steering framework for the corporate segment, ensuring commercial objectives are aligned with Etihad’s broader revenue and distribution strategies


Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Commercial Strategy teams to align corporate account strategies with network profitability, cost-of-sale, and distribution goals


Track and analyse performance of key corporate segments and portfolios across markets, identifying commercial opportunities and driving decision-making across functions


Create and maintain reporting dashboards and governance models that provide visibility of corporate performance KPIs and trends to key stakeholders


Support the development of pricing or incentive models that reflect strategic positioning in corporate channels, balancing market needs with margin protection


 


Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields required. Master’s degree is an advantage.


Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in airline partnerships, revenue management and / or


global sales.


Strong analytical background: ability to synthesize performance data in a meaningful way required


Experience in managing JVs or strategic partnerships, preferably across international markets is a plus


Excellent grasp of broader commercial and revenue functions in the airline industry required


Team player with cultural awareness & understanding required


Advanced Excel skills / data modelling / highly numerate – required


Advanced Power Point skills – required
