Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
- Monitor daily mechanical works related to HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems.
- Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
2. Coordination
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
- Coordinate with civil and electrical teams to avoid conflicts and ensure integrated project delivery.
- Report progress, challenges, and site requirements to the Senior Engineer and Project Manager.
3. Quality & Safety
- Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures for mechanical installations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to prevent delays.
4. Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Prepare daily site reports, highlighting progress, manpower, and equipment usage.
- Assist in preparing method statements and risk assessments for mechanical works.
5. Technical Support
- Review mechanical drawings and provide feedback on constructability.
- Support testing and commissioning activities for HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems.
- Ensure proper installation of equipment such as chillers, pumps, piping, ductwork, and fixtures.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 1 5 years of experience in mechanical site works (fresh graduates are welcome).
3. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing layouts, and heating technologies.
4. Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
