Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, ensuring accurate message-taking and prompt communication.
- Handle mail and package distribution, including sorting, logging, and notifying recipients of deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in business administration is a plus.
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role, demonstrating practical skills.
