Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office computer systems, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using software like Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Handle data entry tasks meticulously, updating and maintaining databases with precision and confidentiality.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong typing skills.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) are highly desirable.
- Has experience in office administration or a similar role, with experience in a corporate environment preferred.
