Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, management, and office guests.

• Ensure timely service during meetings, visits, and office events.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchenette, and beverage preparation areas.
• Wash, clean, and properly store utensils, cups, glasses, and pantry equipment.
• Monitor pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water bottles, and report shortages to Admin.
• Assist in replenishing water dispensers and maintaining stock in meeting rooms.
• Support simple office tasks when required (photocopying, document delivery, etc.).
• Ensure all serving items and pantry areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle refreshments for visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain a neat and presentable personal appearance at all times.
