Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests when required.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and other basic clerical tasks.
  • Handle internal and external office errands, such as courier pickups, deliveries, and document submissions.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Support staff in day-to-day administrative duties as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Greet visitors politely and provide assistance as needed.
  • Adhere to office rules, safety procedures, and confidentiality policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum education: Secondary school certificate (high school) preferred.
  • Good command of English communication (spoken).
  • Ability to write simple messages and notes in English.
  • Polite, presentable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Able to carry out physical tasks like moving files or office supplies.
