Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative support, and coordinating between departments to maintain an efficient workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily office activities to ensure smooth operations. Manage front-desk duties including handling phone calls, emails, and visitors. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and document management. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office-related needs. Support HR and administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records. Monitor office cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
