Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Independently manage all UAE visa, labor, and immigration processes, including employee onboarding, renewals, cancellations, and documentation. • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and statutory documents, coordinating closely with HO HR. • Act as a key communication and coordination link between employees, management, Head Office HR & Finance, vendors, and customers. • Handle vendor coordination, service contracts, and office administration agreements. • Follow up with customers and vendors for invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations in coordination with Finance. • Monitor, control, and report office expenses, petty cash, and utilities, ensuring timely submission to Head Office Finance. • Manage office utilities, stationery, and facility-related requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and management presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. • Maintain basic accounting records and books, supporting audits, VAT documentation, and finance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Admin role in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and office administration. • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (trackers, reports, presentations). • Sound understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping. • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
