Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees, including documentation, system access, induction scheduling, and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure readiness prior to the employee’s start date.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems in line with data accuracy and audit standards. • Assist with visa processing, employment contracts, and trade license validations as required.
  • Communicate clearly with new joiners to provide guidance and resolve any queries related to pre-joining formalities.
  • Support periodic reviews of onboarding policies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Generate onboarding MIS reports and assist in compliance-related documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years in administrative or backend support roles
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, time management, and professional communication.
  • Available to join immediately and willing to work on 3 month's contract, extendable as per business requirement.
  • Currently in UAE on a sponsored visa
