Handle scheduling, order follow-ups, and delivery coordination.

Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in the upholstery, furniture, or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong experience in client coordination and operations management.
• Knowledge of quotation preparation, cost estimation, and invoicing.
• Ability to coordinate with production and site teams.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of upholstery materials and production processes.
• Experience working with Excel / ERP / basic accounting tools for quotations and invoices.
