Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new IT Services and Hardware sales opportunities in target markets.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, onsite meetings, and digital platforms.

  • Present the company's products and services to potential clients.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.

  • Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM records.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution delivery.

  • Research and identify new markets, industries, and customer segments.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.

  • Arrange meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products or services.

  • Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

  • Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

  • Explore tender, RFP, and government project opportunities.

  • Client Relationship Management.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support coordination.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Reporting & Coordinations.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports.

  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline and growth activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred for advanced roles.

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development within a specific industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating strong performance metrics.

  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage client relationships effectively.

  • UAE Driving License is required.
