Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting staffing and manpower solutions across the UAE market.

This role focuses on selling recruitment services, including permanent hiring, temporary staffing, contract staffing, outsourcing, and PRO services to corporate clients across multiple industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of sales experience within staffing, recruitment, or manpower services in the UAE

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and corporate hiring practices

  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)


Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

  • Relationship-building and networking skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
