Job Details :


Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a PA or HR assistant role within the facility management, construction, or real estate industry is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
