Roles & Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy

  • You ll be responsible for driving sales and commercial growth across existing and new clients

Consultative Leadership

  • You ll provide innovative and pragmatic solutions to help clients achieve commercial and decarbonisation goals

Horizon Scanning

  • You ll stay up to date with relevant regional trends and regulatory developments, sharing insights with internal team members and clients and creating effective and meaningful relationships

Team Leadership & Development

  • You ll be responsible for the professional growth and upskilling of a small but highly-experienced team of Consultants

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Previous experience within an established sustainability consulting firm
  • Knowledge of key climate and sustainability issues faced in the wider GCC market
  • Proven record of commercial success with a strong track record of existing and new account development
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
