Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, specializing in Pastry and Baking, or a related field.

  • Demonstrates at least 3 years of professional experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.

  • Holds relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene, ensuring adherence to health regulations.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of various baking techniques, including bread making, viennoiseries, and pastry.
