  • Execute refined pastry and dessert production to luxury standards
  • Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and mise en place
  • Maintain hygiene, consistency, and presentation across all pastry offerings
  • Contribute to a dynamic, multicultural kitchen team focused on excellence

This is a rare opportunity to craft Mediterranean-inspired desserts in a remote, high-end hospitality environment that sets global benchmarks in service, sustainability, and guest experience.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year as Pastry CDP in a luxury Mediterranean restaurant
  • Strong command of English and confident presentation skills
  • Proven experience in high-end pastry kitchens or luxury dining environments
  • Professional grooming and collaborative attitude
