Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained Patient Coordinator for their client in Dubai, Jumeirah, which is a premium aesthetic clinic offering advanced cosmetic and dermatology services.
The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient enquiries from initial contact through consultation, treatment booking, and post-procedure follow-up. Respond promptly to leads generated through digital marketing channels, social media, website enquiries, and walk-ins. Qualify prospects, provide detailed information on aesthetic treatments, pricing structures, and package options, and convert consultations into confirmed procedures. Coordinate closely with aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, and nursing staff to schedule consultations and procedures efficiently, ensuring optimal clinic utilization. Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to explain treatment plans, manage patient expectations, and address concerns with professionalism and confidentiality. Follow up with prospective patients to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates. Maintain accurate CRM records, track conversion metrics, and meet monthly sales and revenue targets. Prepare quotations, process payments, and ensure compliance with clinic financial policies. Deliver a luxury patient experience aligned with the brand positioning of the clinic, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Ensure smooth front-desk coordination, appointment confirmations, and post-treatment follow-ups. Handle patient feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain discretion at all times. Adhere to DHA regulations, clinic policies, and patient confidentiality standards. Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and business development activities to drive clinic growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for Patient Coordinators with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within a premium aesthetic, cosmetic surgery, or dermatology clinic setting, with proven experience in lead management and closing high-value treatment packages.
