Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead culture-building initiatives across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Embed company values into everyday practices and communications.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure structured hiring processes that improve candidate experience.
  • Design and deliver engagement programs (pulse surveys, recognition, team building).
  • Support employee relations and effective communication.
  • Foster inclusion and belonging across diverse teams.
  • Lead performance appraisal cycles and learning & development frameworks.
  • Align training programs with future workforce needs (digital, AI, leadership).
  • Manage payroll inputs, employee records, and contracts.
  • Draft letters (salary, visa, experience), insurance, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain HRIS, compliance documents, and employee files.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or equivalent; CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.

  • 8 12 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational areas.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and culture initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, detail orientation, and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and AI-driven HR tools.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
