Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance management programs and goal-setting processes
  • Align organisational objectives with employee KPIs and development plans
  • Support competency framework implementation and assessments
  • Analyse performance data and recommend improvement strategies
  • Coordinate with Learning & Development on training and development initiatives
  • Prepare performance reports and support change management efforts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of performance systems and tools

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance management or succession planning
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and performance tracking tools
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and performance management techniques
