Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management programs and goal-setting processes
- Align organisational objectives with employee KPIs and development plans
- Support competency framework implementation and assessments
- Analyse performance data and recommend improvement strategies
- Coordinate with Learning & Development on training and development initiatives
- Prepare performance reports and support change management efforts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of performance systems and tools
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in performance management or succession planning
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and performance tracking tools
- Knowledge of HR best practices and performance management techniques
