Job Overview
The Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership will play a vital role in supporting senior executives at Al-Futtaim Group. Based in Dubai, this role requires strong organizational ability, discretion, and professionalism to handle a wide range of administrative, scheduling, and correspondence duties in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars and daily schedules for senior leaders, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and events
* Organize appointments, conferences, and prepare relevant materials for leadership engagements
* Handle correspondence including emails, calls, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy
* Draft and edit official documents and communication on behalf of senior executives
* Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics
* Assist in onboarding new staff, preparing induction materials and coordinating training sessions
* Maintain office efficiency through supply management and administrative support
* Ensure sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and integrity at all times
* Uphold a professional, courteous demeanor in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management in corporate or embassy environments
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint
* Strong time management and multitasking skills with ability to perform under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; native proficiency is a plus
* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to changing priorities
* Professional presentation, integrity, and proactive work attitude
Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role
