Pool and Beach Manager Sunset Hospitality Group

Manage and oversee the pool and beach staff and provide training.

Manage to ensure that the umbrellas, chairs, etc. are properly set up at the corrective time each morning and properly stowed away each evening.

Manage to ensure pool and beach areas are clean and well maintained at all times with sufficient clean towels available.

Set, monitor and maintain standards of the Pool & Beach ensuring correct procedures and systems are followed by everybody at all times.

Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Responsible for posting billing to guest accounts for applicable rentals.

Respond professionally to all guest requests, comments and concerns in a timely manner and report issues to Operations Manager.

Monitor, coach and assign tasks to staff and offer support as required.

Schedule staff according to hotel occupancy forecast and planned events.

Build and maintain a strong and collaborative working relationship with food & beverage team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Organize and assist with rentals, permits, as well as setup and break down to ensure all guests are served well with minimum impact to people and environment. Ensure team is stocked with necessary supplies to perform duties./span> br>

Daily inspect all equipment including chairs, umbrellas, towels and other items required to maintain for guest service.

Keep daily inventory and manage stock levels, ordering as required to ensure guest needs are met.

Advise Maintenance Department of any upcoming events, maintenance requirements or damaged propertybr>
