Amazon s Operations Employee Relations (ER) team is looking for a Principal, Employee Relations with a demonstrated passion for building and sustaining positive, engage.
Experience:
- Experience managing and leading employeesbr>
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlinesbr>
- Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholde
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience managing and leading employees

- Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Juris Doctor, advanced degree, or other specialized training in labor/employee relations a significant plus.
