About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Arabic Chef to join the household of our GCEO. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and contemporary Arabic cuisine and deliver exceptional personalized dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and cook authentic Arabic meals tailored to the household preferences and dietary needs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Manage kitchen inventory and source fresh ingredients as needed.
• Develop and execute weekly menus and special meals for events.
• Keep the kitchen organized and clean while following health and safety standards.
• Work with household staff to coordinate meal timings and requests.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding household matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Arabic or Middle Eastern Chef in private households, luxury hotels or fine dining.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and modern Arabic culinary techniques.
• Ability to adapt menus for dietary restrictions or personal preferences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Professional, discreet and trustworthy.
