Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle all visa processing activities including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and family visas.

  • Liaise with government authorities such as: GDRFA, MOHRE, DED, SIRA, CIVIL DEFENCE, DM, RTA, TASHEEL, AMER ETC.

  • Process and maintain company trade licenses, renewals, and amendments through DED.

  • Ensure timely submission and collection of documents from government entities.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and visa status.

  • Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID applications, and labor contracts.

  • Handle attestation of documents and approvals from relevant authorities.

  • Stay updated with UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government regulations.

  • Assist HR and management in all government compliance matters.

  • Manage company quotas and labor cards through relevant systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.

  • Experience in handling employment and family visa processes end-to-end.

  • Familiarity with online government portals and typing systems.

  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
