Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Experienced PRO who is responsible for handling all government-related documentation, permits, and employee visas to ensure the company and its staff are fully compliant with UAE laws and regulations. This person acts as the main point of contact between the company and various government departments and must stay informed about changing legal requirements.
- Act as the company's official representative to government and semi-government departments, including the MOHRE, GDRFA,DED,RERA ,RTA etc.. for all the government related approvals.
- Process and renew all company licenses and registrations, such as trade licenses, establishment cards, and municipality and chamber of commerce documents.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate inspections and address any government-related issues.
- Provide timely updates to management and employees on changes in labor, immigration, and business regulations.
- Manage and process all types of visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and their dependents, including employment, residency, and visit visas.
- Utilize government online portals (e.g., Tasheel, MOHRE,SIRA,DHA,ICP and GDRFA e-channels) for all necessary transactions.
- Prepare and submit required paperwork to ensure the timely processing of all government transactions.
- Organize and maintain a systematic record of all legal and official company documents, including passports, visas, labor cards, and trade licenses.
- Manage official correspondence with government bodies, preparing letters and forms in both English and Arabic.
- Handle administrative tasks such as arranging vehicle registrations, insurance, and traffic file matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a PRO or in a government relations role in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws and procedures.
- Familiarity with online government portals and submission processes.
- Established network of contacts within key government entities is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is often mandatory for this role.
- A valid UAE driving license is often required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing a high volume of paperwork.
