Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage property listings by updating and maintaining accurate information across various platforms, ensuring potential buyers and renters have access to the latest data.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, handling scheduling and logistics to provide a seamless experience for both agents and clients.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate contracts and documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar role, showcasing relevant industry knowledge.
Real estate license or certification is a significant advantage, indicating a commitment to professionalism and compliance.
Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools, enabling efficient management of listings and client interactions.
