Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate property listings and maintain an organized database of available properties, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in managing real estate transactions by preparing necessary documents, contracts, and agreements, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and property values, providing valuable insights to agents and clients to inform decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, showcasing formal education in essential business principles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a related position, demonstrating practical knowledge of the industry.
- Real Estate License or certification is highly desirable, indicating a commitment to professional standards and ethics in the field.
- Proven experience with real estate software platforms, such as MLS systems and CRM tools, ensuring proficiency in industry-specific technology.
