Roles & Responsibilities
The Reception & Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, and plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role combines front-office responsibilities with hands-on administrative and coordination duties to support a fast-paced corporate gifting and merchandising business.
Front Desk & Reception- Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and partners; ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage visitor logs, access cards, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Coordinate courier pick-ups, deliveries, and distribution of mail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our showroom br>
