Roles & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various real estate roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and social media for talent acquisition.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
