Roles & Responsibilities

Our company is one of the leading groups in the UAE, and we are currently looking for a Recruiter who will primarily handle blue-collar hiring.
The key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and closing positions efficiently. The candidate must also be capable of building a strong talent pipeline and preparing for future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE is mandatory.
Language: We require a candidate with strong English communication skills and Hindi as their native language to meet our business needs.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
