Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and gathering feedback.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in luxury industry.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • SHRM, CIPD or other HR certifications are a plus.
