Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and gathering feedback.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in luxury industry.
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- SHRM, CIPD or other HR certifications are a plus.
