Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter Manager to lead and manage end-to-end hiring for our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and building strong candidate pipelines for fast-growing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and agencies.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong role fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Improve recruitment processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular dashboards/updates to leadership.
  • Manage onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
  • Represent Physics Wallah s culture and values in all recruitment interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 4 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
  • Experience in hiring for EdTech, tech, operations, or digital-first organizations preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment systems, and UAE hiring standards (preferred).
