Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates proficient in building materials, construction, and related industries through diverse channels like job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and applications, assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization, focusing on technical skills relevant to building materials.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the building materials sector, providing insights to the recruitment team.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, coordinating with HR and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance, with specific attention to compensation structures.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process, which includes logistics and communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience within the building materials or construction industry.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software; experience with [Specific ATS] is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
- Must be good skills in LinkedIn recruiter, Naukri gulf.
