Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events, focusing on niche skill sets.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific client roles.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline and feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a specific industry sector.
- Has a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different departments.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Is proficient in using various recruitment platforms, including job boards, social media, and ATS.
