Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
