Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
