Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
