Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
