Roles & Responsibilities
You ll take full ownership of the recruitment strategy, manage a wide range of roles, and work closely with hiring managers to bring in top talent that aligns with both performance goals and brand culture.
What You ll Do-
Manage the full recruitment cycle from briefing to sourcing, interviews, and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and plan targeted hiring strategies

Build talent pipelines for key retail and corporate roles

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your existing network

Lead interviews and guide hiring managers through decision-making

Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate

Monitor and report on recruitment activity, KPIs, and hiring timelines

Work with external recruiters when needed, especially for urgent or niche roles

Support employer branding efforts to help position the brand as an employer of choice in the luxury space

Continuously improve recruitment processes to keep them fast, effective, and candidate-friendly

Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement within the retail and luxury space

4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 2 years managing mid to senior-level roles

Strong background recruiting for luxury retail brands, either in-house or through an agency

Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once across different departments or markets

Confident interviewer with a sharp eye for both skill and cultural fit

Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms

Positive, collaborative, and able to take initiative
